Chuck is a seasoned registered Professional Engineer in Sasktawan and Alberta with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in regulatory compliance, application processes, and government relations. With a strong background in both field operations and government regulatory roles, Chuck brings a unique perspective that helps clients navigate the complexities of Saskatchewan’s energy regulations with confidence and efficiency.
Before founding Cuttell Consulting Services Inc., Chuck spent 13+ years working with the Ministry of Energy and Resources in Saskatchewan, where he played a key role in reviewing, approving, and implementing industry applications and regulatory programs. This first-hand experience within the government allows Cuttell Consulting Services Inc. to provide insider knowledge and strategic insights that streamline application approvals and ensure full compliance.
In addition to government experience, Chuck has worked extensively in field operations and regulatory consulting, giving them a deep understanding of both technical and policy-driven aspects of the oil and gas sector. His expertise includes well and facility licensing, emissions management, reservoir authorizations, and regulatory reporting.
